Effective immediately: We will be shipping Tues/Weds only, thru Redline Shipping (FedEx).
If you want your order held for pickup, please use the address of your closest FedEx hub as the shipping address. All other orders will be delivered to your door. It’s your responsibility to make sure somebody is home to receive the package (signature not required). Failure to do so may void LAG.
Weather: If temps in your area are below 40, we will call you and discuss options. It’s recommended by Redline that we don’t ship if temps are lower than 40 degrees.
If you do not wish to have your spider held until temps are suitable for shipping, we will honor that, but this will void the Live Arrival Guarantee if the spider doesn’t survive shipping.
