If you want your order held for pickup, please use the address of your closest FedEx hub as the shipping address. All other orders will be delivered to your door. It’s your responsibility to make sure somebody is home to receive the package (signature not required). Failure to do so may void LAG.
Weather: If temps in your area exceed 100 degrees, we will call you and discuss options. It’s recommended by Redline that we don’t ship if temps exceed 100 degrees.
If you do not wish to have your spider held until temps are suitable for shipping, we will honor that, but this will void the Live Arrival Guarantee if the spider doesn’t survive shipping.

We had an excellent experience with purchasing a peach and an orange jumping spider. Living nearby, we opted for in person pickup. The babies are very well cared for and Stephanie is a wealth of knowledge that she is happy to share. She has helped me with advice for the first one I was given that came from a retail store (priced much higher than Jurassic). We will be repeat customers!
